Stata does not directly handle this kind of censoring, but a strong argument can be made that it should.

Currently, there is not a specific command to fit those models, but interval-censored lognormal models can be fit by exponentiating the limits of the intervals and fitting an interval-censored Gaussian model to the obtained variables with the intreg command. As of Stata 15, the stintreg command can be used to fit parametric survival models to interval-censored data; see [ST] stintreg.
